Refund policy
Returns are accepted within 1 day of your purchase in store. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging if applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the 1 day has passed and/or you do not have a receipt, we will not be able to issue you a return or store credit.
Sale items and gift cards are not returnable or refundable.
All shipped items are considered final sale.
To start a return, you must bring it into the store.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
